By downloading, installing, or using SettleCub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SettleCub is a personal debt-tracking application that allows users to record, manage, and track shared expenses and debts between individuals. The App is provided as a free service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Debt Tracking Disclaimer

SettleCub is a personal tracking tool only. The App does not facilitate actual financial transactions, payments, or transfers. Records within the App are informal and do not constitute legally binding financial agreements. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from debt arrangements between users.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of SettleCub and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SettleCub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of any significant changes.
