SettleCub collects the minimum information needed:
- Email address — for sign-in and account verification.
- Username & display name — chosen by you.
- Device tokens — for push notifications.
- Debt & payment data — created within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate and manage your account.
- Enable debt tracking between users.
- Send push notifications for debt requests and reminders.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely on Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies. Authentication sessions on iOS use the device Keychain for secure storage. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and backend.
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — push notifications.
- Resend — transactional and verification emails.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Opt out of push notifications at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
SettleCub is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify users of any significant changes.
